Access your medical results quickly, securely, and from anywhere.

At Hospital Serena del Mar, we provide secure digital channels so patients can access clinical laboratory, pathology, and diagnostic imaging results online. Our goal is to ensure timely access to medical information while maintaining high standards of security and personal data protection. Below, you will find direct access according to the type of test performed and the date it was completed.

Clinical Laboratory and Pathology Results

We are currently transitioning between technological platforms for laboratory and pathology results. For this reason, we offer two access portals depending on the date your test was performed.

Tests performed before February 25, 2026

How to log in

  1. Enter your ID number.
  2. Use the last five digits of your ID document as your password.
  3. You may update your password after logging in.

*To access the portal, you must first accept the personal data processing authorization in accordance with our institutional data protection policy.

Diagnostic Imaging Results

We offer a specialized digital platform that allows patients to view diagnostic imaging studies and medical reports online from a computer, mobile phone, or tablet. This service makes it easy to review, download, and securely share results with your physician.

How to access your results

1. Access the platform

Go to the web portal and enter the three keywords provided in the instruction guide received during your diagnostic imaging appointment.

2. Verify your information

Enter the phone number registered when your diagnostic study was performed.

3. View and download your results

Select the study performed to access the images and corresponding medical report.

*You can also easily share your results with your physician.
