Purpose of the position
Ensure timely care in outpatient services and support the development and implementation of new projects by managing the human, physical, and technological resources required to meet the needs of patients and their families. Ensure the implementation of a strategic approach—focused on value and clinical conditions—while properly executing processes related to capacity management.
Requirements
- Professional in administrative fields or health sciences.
- Postgraduate degree in administrative fields.
- Knowledge of the general social security system for health, fee schedules, and contracting models.
- Knowledge of service costing models.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related roles.
