Purpose of the position
Ensure the consolidation and strengthening of the teams responsible for Outpatient Services, Diagnostic Imaging, the Cancer Institute, Surgery, and Emergency Services to successfully execute the strategy for this key service line, supported by highly competent administrative staff dedicated to the satisfaction of patients, their families, and other internal and external stakeholders; thereby guaranteeing the delivery of superior value and the best clinical outcomes at the Serena del Mar Hospital Center.
Requirements
- Health Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Specialization in administration or a related field is desirable.
- Knowledge of health regulations.
- Knowledge of fee schedules.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
