What are the channels for scheduling a medical appointment?

We have a self-scheduling portal for your outpatient appointments and procedures. Access it here.

If you would like to schedule your appointment with the help of our advisors, you can contact us through our call center at 605 6931501, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., or Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

How do I schedule appointments or tests at the Clinical Laboratory?

Walk-ins are not required for services at the Clinical Laboratory and Pathology Department. You can visit us Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

We also have a partner laboratory in Bocagrande with the following hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 6:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Important note: If you are accessing these services through an insurance provider or prepaid medical plan, you must present a doctor's order.

How do I request a copy of my medical record?

Hospital Serena del Mar guarantees access to medical records only to individuals authorized by law, protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the information.
