Purpose of the position
Provide direct patient care in the surgical suite area, through activities aimed at monitoring, comfort and well-being, ensuring the readiness of the suites according to the procedure times, complying with the established operational policies and standards in order to guarantee quality and safety in care, taking into account our philosophy of person-centered care.
Requirements
- Nursing Assistant Technician Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Surgical Department.
- Knowledge of patient care in a highly complex surgical area.
- Knowledge of patient mobilization techniques and skin protection.
- Knowledge of patient safety.
- Certification in required training courses.
- Registration with RETHUS (National Registry of Health Professionals).
- Complete vaccination record.
