How did you hear about Hospital Serena del Mar?

I grew up thinking it was normal not to hear well in one ear, until I got older and realized it wasn’t. One day, I decided to go to the Hospital Serena del Mar because of tinnitus, a constant ringing in my ears, without imagining that this visit would completely change my hearing.

Experience at Hospital Serena del Mar

At the hospital, they performed the necessary evaluations and gave me the wonderful news that my condition had a surgical solution.

The doctor who treated me was the kindest and most patient person — she explained everything we were going to do.

For me, being able to hear again was like awakening a new world, as if someone had turned up the volume; I cried and felt deeply moved. I no longer feel the tinnitus — that constant discomfort is gone. Hearing again was a sensation I never thought I would experience.
